Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive paid social media strategy across platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google.
- Collaborate with our videographer/editor and creators to design and implement new creative ideas for paid campaigns.
- Manage and scale paid social media campaigns to consistently exceed target Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS) each month/quarter.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and feedback to inform future creative iterations and new ideas.
- Utilize project management skills to oversee projects related to the role, including email content calendar management and weekly reporting.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in paid media management, with a focus on Instagram and Facebook (Meta).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in email marketing and campaign creation/flow management.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to carry out market research and stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends.
