Your Responsibilities
Upon joining Teaching Personnel, you will have the flexibility to choose between daily assignments or longer-term placements, making this role an ideal option for those with varying commitments. As a Supply Educator with us, you can select your working days and decline assignments that do not align with your preferences. You have the option to work full-time, part-time, or on a flexible schedule.
We collaborate with schools across the region, providing coverage throughout West Yorkshire.
Qualifications Required
To register with Teaching Personnel, you should possess a passion for education and a commitment to becoming an effective teacher. The core requirements for registration include:
- A minimum of two months of teaching experience within the last four years (this may include university placements).
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Possession of a PGCE, QTS, or QTLS qualification.
If you do not hold a PGCE, QTS, or QTLS, or lack recent teaching experience, you may still apply as a Teaching Assistant or Cover Supervisor, provided you have relevant experience working with children for at least one month in the past four years.
