We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partnerships Housing Manager to join our team at Vistry Group PLC. As a key member of our West division, you will play a crucial role in delivering affordable homes across the business, adhering to all contractual and planning requirements, budget, and timescales to meet the overall objectives of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise on achievable affordable revenues and negotiate contracts with registered provider clients.
  • Liaise with local authorities regarding housing requirements and negotiate affordable housing terms in Section 106 Agreements.
  • Build and maintain a network of registered provider client relationships and negotiate the sale of open market housing plots to registered providers as required.
  • Undertake scheme financial appraisals and viability assessments, and advise business units on design requirements to meet client expectations.
  • Attend project meetings with business units, clients, and local authorities to advise on affordable housing requirements and prepare regular progress reports and board paper updates.
