Senior ASIC Validation Specialist

Location: Oxfordshire (Hybrid Model)

We are thrilled to present an opportunity for a Senior ASIC Validation Specialist to join a prominent player in the realm of high-performance data center and enterprise SSD solutions. In this pivotal role, you will engage with advanced technology nodes and collaborate with a distinguished Silicon Valley enterprise that operates its own fabrication facility.

To excel in this position, candidates should be located within a reasonable commuting distance of Oxford or be open to relocation within the UK. We seek a motivated professional who enjoys tackling technical challenges and excels in problem-solving.

You will collaborate closely with the ASIC team and various cross-functional groups, including architecture, firmware, and validation. This role offers a chance to enhance your ASIC validation expertise while working on cutting-edge SSD controller ASICs.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.
  • PhD (preferred)
  • 12+ years of experience in digital ASIC validation
  • Strong understanding of requirement capture, validation planning, and coverage closure
  • Expertise in System Verilog and UVM test benches
  • Experience in developing UVM test benches
  • Proficient in System Verilog assertions
  • Expertise in regression management and debugging
  • Skilled in scripting languages such as Perl, Python, or TCL
Leadership skills are a plus for this senior position, with opportunities to assume a lead role.
