Job Title: Senior ASIC Verification Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior ASIC Verification Lead to join our team at IC Resources. As a Senior ASIC Verification Lead, you will be responsible for leading the verification effort for our cutting-edge SSD controller ASICs.

About the Role:

  • Lead the verification effort for our SSD controller ASICs, working closely with cross-functional teams including architecture, firmware, and validation.
  • Develop and utilize advanced ASIC verification skills to create and maintain high-quality test benches and assertions.
  • Collaborate with other ASIC team members to ensure seamless integration and delivery of projects.
  • Manage and debug regression failures, and develop scripts to automate testing and debugging processes.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, and contribute to the development of verification best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Electronic Engineering or related field.
  • PhD (desirable)
  • 12+ years of digital ASIC verification experience.
  • Practical experience and understanding of:
  • Requirement capture, verification planning, and coverage closure.
  • System Verilog and UVM test benches.
  • Creation of UVM test benches.
  • System Verilog assertions.
  • Managing regression and debugging failures.
  • Scripting languages (e.g. Perl/Python/TCL).
