Claims Negotiator

We are seeking an experienced Claims Negotiator to join our dynamic team at Adecco. As a Claims Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of RTA Personal Injury claims, utilizing our state-of-the-art case management system to process claims efficiently, and maintaining precise records.
Key Responsibilities:- Independent Caseload Management: Take ownership of your own portfolio of RTA Personal Injury claims, showcasing your expertise and autonomy.
- Efficient Claims Processing: Utilize our state-of-the-art case management system to process claims efficiently and maintain precise records.
- Professional Correspondence: Handle all claims-related communication with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail.
- Liability & Indemnity Assessment: Accurately determine liability and indemnity for all claims within your caseload.
- Effective Negotiation: Demonstrate your negotiation skills by successfully resolving claims to a satisfactory conclusion.
- Diary Management: Maintain an effective diary system to ensure timely and proactive claims handling.
- RTA Experience: Minimum of two years' experience handling road traffic accident cases. Experience in issuing proceedings for RTA cases is advantageous.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style to various situations.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities, enabling you to build relationships, influence outcomes, and earn respect among peers.
