Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional client service and consistently meeting their needs.
- Identify client requirements and match them to our extensive property portfolio, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.
- Develop a polite and confident telephone manner, effectively communicating details and providing clear information to clients.
- Manage your time efficiently to maximize appointment and activity levels, ensuring a high level of productivity and performance.
- Attend relevant training courses to enhance your knowledge and improve your performance, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
Requirements:
- Be target-driven and tenacious, with a strong desire to succeed and achieve excellence.
- Be able to work effectively within a team, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Be motivated and enthusiastic at all times, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
- Display high standards of service and presentation, consistently meeting or exceeding expectations.

- Have a drive to be the top of every league table, with a strong competitive spirit and a desire to succeed.
- Be a car owner with a full driving licence, with business use insurance.
- Have the legal right to work in the UK.
