We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Support Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team at Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of mental health and therapy services to children, young people, and families in our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support mental health and psychological assessments and care plans using a range of psychological models.
- Conduct cognitive assessments, write accessible reports, and provide support to case managers to feedback findings.
- Collaborate with families/parents to complete detailed developmental histories and deliver QB testing.
- Contribute to the development, implementation, and evaluation of service improvement projects.
- Participate in teamwork through reflective practice, team meetings, peer supervision, and training.
