Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Pavers Shoes. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and providing exceptional customer service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve company targets, KPIs, and goals.
- Lead a team of sales associates to create a customer-first culture and provide genuine, honest, and knowledgeable advice on our products.
- Motivate and develop your team to achieve and exceed KPIs and reach their full potential.
- Be self-aware, question, learn, and take responsibility for yourself and the performance of your store.
- Live and breathe Pavers Shoes DNA, leading by example.
