About the Role

Totally Urgent Care Division is a leading provider of national urgent care and out-of-hospital services, following the integration of Vocare and Greenbrook.

This is a key role within the Regional Team, offering a fantastic opportunity to combine your management skills and professional approach to add value to one of the leading healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize the performance of direct reports to achieve maximum network efficiency and meet KPIs and quality indicators.
  • Collaborate with Operational and Clinical Management Teams to ensure delivery of a safe, responsive service to patients and meet key performance indicators.
  • Support staff recruitment and rota cover activities to ensure required staffing levels are in place.
  • Ensure direct reports complete all relevant statutory and mandatory training.
  • Supervise, support, and coach individuals to deliver high-quality, safe care and meet quality standards.
  • Support the implementation of service and organizational processes, policies, and guidelines, ensuring they are adopted and embedded within the team.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification and/or significant relevant work experience.
  • Demonstrate relevant work experience related to the role in a supervisory/leadership capacity.
  • Good time management capabilities.
