The Priory Hotel, a luxurious boutique Country House Hotel and Restaurant, is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. Located in the picturesque Isle of Purbeck and the coveted Jurassic Coast in Wareham, Dorset, we offer a unique and inviting experience for our guests.

Role and Responsibilities

As a Chef de Partie, you will play a pivotal role in our kitchen team, assisting in the preparation of vegetables, meats, and fish, participating in cooking and preparation of key components, collaborating with fellow chefs, and upholding our commitment to cleanliness and food safety standards.

Requirements
  • Chef experience: 3 years (preferred)
  • Ability to commute: Wareham BH20 4ND (preferred)
Pay and Benefits

Pay is dependent on experience. Benefits include company pension, discounted or free food, employee discount, free parking, on-site parking, sick pay, store discount, and tips.
