About Us

The Priory Hotel, a luxurious boutique Country House Hotel and Restaurant, is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. Located in the picturesque Isle of Purbeck and the coveted Jurassic Coast in Wareham, Dorset, we offer a unique and inviting experience for our guests.

Role and Responsibilities

As a Chef de Partie, you will play a pivotal role in our kitchen team, assisting in the preparation of vegetables, meats, and fish, participating in cooking and preparation of key components for high-quality dishes, collaborating with fellow chefs, and upholding our commitment to cleanliness and food safety standards.

Requirements
  • Chef experience: 3 years (preferred)
  • Ability to commute: Wareham BH20 4ND (preferred)
Pay and Benefits
