Expectativas Generales para este Rol:

Mantener un entorno bien presentado, acogedor y seguro, desarrollando relaciones respetuosas con los Residentes y Compañeros. Los Limpiadores son responsables de todas las actividades de limpieza en el hogar (excluyendo la cocina y los terrenos).

El Limpiador/a es responsable de mantener:

  • Un hogar seguro, higiénico y bien presentado que satisfaga las necesidades y preferencias de los Residentes de manera atenta y receptiva.
  • El cumplimiento de las políticas, procedimientos y sistemas de Cedar Care.
  • Asegurar que los registros estén actualizados, precisos y al día.

Responsabilidades:

  • Proporcionar un servicio de limpieza de alta calidad, manteniendo una cultura de cuidado, apertura, equidad y transparencia.
  • Ser accesible y consistente en el trato, informando proactivamente cualquier problema al Jefe de Limpieza.
  • Asegurar que las habitaciones de los Residentes estén organizadas y limpias a su satisfacción, con la mínima interrupción a su rutina diaria.
  • Ofrecer servicios de limpieza efectivos y eficientes, entregados de manera respetuosa.
  • Mantener una cultura de cuidado, tratando a las personas con dignidad y respeto en todo momento.
