About the Role

We are seeking an experienced consultant with deep expertise in green energy transition to join our UK team and support the growth of our UK business, while also contributing to our global portfolio of projects in the sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Setting the strategy for our Energy Transition Consulting business
  • Leading business development and team management
  • Project delivery with a focus on client management, quality assurance, and building deep, long-term relationships
  • Building sales pipeline and growing and building the capacity of the required team to deliver against agreed-upon practice targets
  • Supporting the designing of strategy processes at a corporate, business unit, and functional level
  • Driving sales and opportunities, bridging relevant technical and commercial expertise to build credibility and develop client relationships
  • Collaborating with Ramboll engineering and EHS experts in deploying integrated energy transition solutions as a marketplace differentiator
Requirements
  • A strong management consulting and/or economics skillset or aptitude
  • Professional experience from the energy sector or delivering to it
  • Proven consulting experience in leading and building client accounts and teams
  • Strong communication skills and a natural talent for driving progress and succeeding through teamwork
  • A global player, an international outlook, willingness to travel in the UK and internationally
