Job Title: Associate Director, Data Analytics

Interpath Advisory is seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead our Data Analytics team. As a key member of our Data & Technology consulting group, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of data analytics strategies and solutions to meet business needs.
  • Manage and mentor a team of data analysts and scientists to ensure delivery of high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data analytics into business decision-making.
  • Design and implement data governance frameworks to ensure data quality and security.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure data analytics meets business needs.
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in a consulting context.
  • University degree 2.1 or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent.
  • End-to-end knowledge of data warehouse and reporting processes.
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements in a controlled manner.
  • Commercially strong and particularly in story-telling skills to key stakeholders and clients.
  • Numerate & analytical with knowledge of data management.
  • Implementation experience with BI tools.
Desirable Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of statistical methodologies and data analysis techniques.
  • Passionate about data analytics and technically self-sufficient.
  • Ability to visualise data effectively and communicate findings and recommendations clearly.
  • Proven experience of cloud technologies.
