Fleet Analyst Role

We are seeking a skilled Fleet Analyst to join our Procurement Team on a Hybrid basis. The successful candidate will support the analysis of driver behavior across our Branch Network to enhance our Managers' decision-making capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyze monthly data on driver behavior and incidents to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement driver behavior metrics and reports to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with Branch Managers and Manufacturing Managers to ensure effective implementation of fleet management strategies.
  • Support the Procurement team in optimizing fleet operations and reducing costs.
  • Handle LGV claims with insurance companies and manage fuel costs.
Requirements:
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Previous experience with SharePoint sites, SAP, IFS, Dynamics 365, or Oracle Systems.
  • Ability to make informed decisions and handle conflict situations.
  • Previous experience in Fleet Management or a related field.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to create presentations.
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail.
