Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Health, Safety, Quality and Environment to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our HSEQ function and ensuring that our operations are conducted in a safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HSEQ policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on HSEQ procedures and best practices.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business strategies that align with our HSEQ objectives.
- Monitor and report on HSEQ performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior HSEQ role, preferably in a multi-disciplinary engineering organisation.
