Investor Relations Associate/Analyst

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Investor Relations Associate/Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Investor Relations department, you will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of our investment criteria and focus, building relationships with sponsors, and utilizing your skills to secure capital raising to deploy across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our investment strategy and focus
  • Build and maintain relationships with sponsors and institutional investors
  • Utilize your analytical skills to support capital raising efforts
  • Produce and maintain marketing materials for fund launches and new product launches
  • Support the execution of direct property sales, joint ventures, and other investment activities
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to investor queries
  • Develop and maintain investor research, competitor analysis, and presentations
  • Support investor RFP and due diligence responses

Person Specification:

  • Real Estate experience with analytical skills
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently
  • Strong knowledge of Fund/Asset/Investment Management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and time management skills
