About the Role:This is a fantastic opportunity for qualified SEND teachers or Primary/Secondary teachers looking for a change to work with children and young people with a variety of learning needs. You will be responsible for planning engaging and holistic sessions that meet the needs of each young person, advancing their educational and social-emotional journey.
Responsibilities:- Plan and deliver high-quality teaching sessions that cater to the diverse needs of each learner.
- Provide individualized support and guidance to young people with Additional Educational Needs, specifically SEMH.
- Collaborate with the support team to ensure every placement is a success for the young person and you.
- Complete lesson reports and provide constructive feedback on the young person's progress.
- Professional Teaching Qualifications (QTS / QTLS / PGCE / B.Ed / PTLLS / DTLLS / CELTA).
- Experience working with young people with Additional Educational Needs, specifically SEMH.
- Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding processes.
- Enhanced DBS (we can assist with obtaining this at cost if needed).
- Two professional references.
- QTS Paid to Scale.
- PAYE.
- Full-time position.
- Extensive CPD, progression, and upskilling opportunities.
- Support Team dedicated to ensuring every placement is a success.
