About the Role

Academics is collaborating with a newly established SEN institution seeking a dedicated Special Educational Needs Instructor to become part of their team. The ideal candidate will possess experience in the SEN field and be eager to advance their career within the Education and Training sector. This role encompasses both classroom instruction and individualized support for students with special educational needs.

We are excited to present this opportunity at a newly opening SEN institution, and we are looking for a Special Educational Needs Instructor to join the team. A valid DBS is preferred due to the immediate need for this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Designing and delivering high-quality lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs and abilities of students
  • Implementing effective behavior management strategies
  • Providing one-on-one support to students
