About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Executive Assistant to support our Sales Director. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in a PA or Executive Assistant role and will be required to learn quickly. Key responsibilities will include:
- Organising task lists, email inbox, and calendars
- Traveling with the Sales Director to offsite meetings when required
- Project support, drafting communications on behalf of the Sales Director
- Drafting proposals and business cases
- Carrying out research and collating information
