About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our team at Swarovski. As a leader in the luxury retail industry, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and improve customer engagement.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create an engaging and immersive shopping experience.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in the luxury industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
