Role Overview
As a Client Support Specialist at Calisen Metering, you will play a crucial role in our operations, managing inquiries from suppliers and clients while promoting outstanding customer service. Your responsibilities will encompass gathering meter readings, organizing appointments, and collaborating with various departments to address any issues that arise. Additionally, you will perform administrative duties such as generating client correspondence using our internal systems.
This position is not merely a job – it is a permanent, full-time role where you will work 37.5 hours each week, Monday to Friday, during the hours of 12pm to 8pm. Benefit from a flexible hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to work from home while also enjoying the camaraderie of our call center at least two days a week. You will receive a competitive annual salary of £23,400.
Candidate Requirements
A solid educational background (minimum GCSE level including English & Maths or equivalent). A professional telephone demeanor. Experience in a fast-paced environment, with prior customer service experience (preferably telephone-based or face-to-face) being advantageous. Proficient in computer usage, particularly Microsoft Office. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and independently. Strong organizational and administrative capabilities.Benefits Offered
