Job Overview:

As a key part of the recruitment process, you will play an essential role in sourcing candidates and managing the candidate pipeline.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment process and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and internal databases
  • Screening CVs and applications to match suitable candidates to active vacancies
  • Conducting initial candidate phone interviews to assess skills, experience, and suitability for roles
  • Building and maintaining talent pools for current and future vacancies
  • Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring team
  • Managing and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a recruitment or resourcing role (desirable but not essential – we will provide training for the right candidate)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software, job boards, and social media platforms for candidate sourcing
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
