Job Overview:
Industrious Recruitment is seeking a proactive and motivated Recruitment Resourcer to support our recruitment team in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent. As a key part of the recruitment process, you will play an essential role in sourcing candidates and managing the candidate pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and internal databases
* Screening CVs and applications to match suitable candidates to active vacancies
* Conducting initial candidate phone interviews to assess skills, experience, and suitability for roles
* Building and maintaining talent pools for current and future vacancies
* Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring team
* Managing and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information
Key Skills & Requirements:
* Proven experience in a recruitment or resourcing role (desirable but not essential – we will provide training for the right candidate)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in using recruitment software, job boards, and social media platforms for candidate sourcing
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates
* A proactive approach and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
