Position Overview:

The University of Manchester is looking for a dedicated Research Associate to lead research and project management efforts for the 5-year GENERATE initiative, funded by an ERC/UKRI Consolidator grant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with established goals.
  • Engage with partners and stakeholders to facilitate effective collaboration.
  • Conduct quantitative data collection and analysis, utilizing national censuses, tailored surveys, multivariate statistical models, and social network analysis, focusing on gender and energy disparities in the Western Balkans.
  • Prepare and compose project reports, peer-reviewed articles, and applications for subsequent funding opportunities.
  • Participate in non-academic dissemination activities related to the project.
