About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at BMS Performance. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and sales within the education sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase sales revenue within the education sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales within the modular buildings sector.
  • Experience selling to the education sector, with a deep understanding of the market and its challenges.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Driving license and ability to travel frequently.
What We Offer
  • Competitive basic salary of £70,000 - £75,000 per annum.
  • Uncapped quarterly commission, with a potential OTE of £10,000 - £14,000 per annum.
  • Hybrid company car, with a 3 Series or equivalent.
  • 6% company pension contribution.
  • 25 days annual leave, plus Bank Holidays.
