About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ecommerce Director to join our team at V&C. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our online business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve short- and long-term goals
  • Budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning to oversee the company's business operations
  • Strong trading background with a focus on Merchandising and Sales
  • Business partnering and developing relationships with worldwide brands and 3rd party retailers
  • Driving e-commerce sales and revenue growth
  • A dynamic and commercial mindset with the ability to balance detail and big-picture thinking
  • Ambitious with demonstrable progression in previous companies and a strong sales track record
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a focus on delivering margins and profitability
  • Experience in fast-growth organisations at a leadership level
  • Driven, likeable, and collaborative manager with the ability to engage colleagues and influence business stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail, balanced with the ability to summarise key issues
  • Confidence to challenge colleagues and directors in a measured way
  • The ability to inspire, motivate, and develop people
