At Synchro, we're seeking a seasoned Commercial Operations Manager to lead our commercial and contractual management efforts. As an Area Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the commercial and contractual aspects of a portfolio of telecoms projects, including new builds, city enhancements, government contracts, and field service frameworks.

**Key Responsibilities**
---------------------

* Manage commercial resources, ensuring planned expenditure aligns with contract terms and statutory requirements.
* Authorize and submit project variations, mitigating commercial and contractual risks.
* Provide commercial and contractual expertise, including valuation certification, correspondence, claims, budget monitoring, and performance data.
* Deliver accurate cost and value data at project and regional levels.
* Collaborate with senior commercial management and contractor procurement teams, leveraging NEC3 ECC forms expertise.
* Oversee large capital expenditure projects, driving commercial management and contractor procurement strategies.
* Analyze data for financial reporting, providing actionable insights and strategic focus.

**Requirements**

* Proven experience in senior commercial management and contractor procurement.
* Strong working knowledge of NEC3 ECC forms.
* Ability to use data for financial reporting with actionable insights and strategic focus.
* Excellent communication and project management skills.
