Job Overview

The post holder will have particular responsibility for facilitating the eDMS IT change activities, including process mapping of current work processes and clinical and managerial decision making about future processes, including role re-design and related organisational changes to maximise the benefits from IT solutions.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Facilitate process mapping and process re-engineering to identify opportunities for improvement and streamline work processes.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure a smooth transition to new processes and systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address change management risks and issues.
  • Design and implement training programs to support staff in adopting new processes and systems.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in process improvement and change management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
