Job Summary:

Clinigen is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our Customer Service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our global customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process customer orders and requests, ensuring compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and support, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and product updates to provide expert knowledge and guidance to customers.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, ensuring continuous improvement and excellence in customer service.

Requirements:

  • Fluent language ability (both written and verbal) for assigned region(s).
  • Education to a minimum of GCSE and/or equivalent regional qualification.
  • Demonstrable experience of working in a customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric focus.
  • Ability to multitask with ensuring great organizational skills.
  • Adaptable and dynamic approach to ensure the role mimics developing industry trends and technological developments.
  • Good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages. Oracle system and digital experience a distinct advantage.
