About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Campaign Manager to join our team at OLIVER. As a key member of our UK Retail Banking performance marketing team, you will be responsible for leading and delivering multi-variant marketing comms across various digital marketing channels, both paid and owned.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective digital marketing campaigns that drive commercial growth, customer engagement, and transformational digital channel development.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure communications are on product message, customer-focused, and aligned to brand values.
  • Manage budgets to maximise return on investment and drive commercial performance.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to develop clear roadmaps and test designs.
  • Manage relationships with client Digital, Product & Marketing teams, as well as external agency partners.
  • Lead the campaign delivery lifecycle, from ideation to solution design and in-channel execution.
  • Report on campaign performance and testing outcomes.
Requirements
  • Extensive digital marketing experience, particularly across paid media channels.
  • Understanding of best practice in using digital marketing channels individually and as a broader media strategy.
  • Ability to take ownership of managing risk and strengthening controls.
