Network Operations Engineer – A Key Role for Our Company

Location: Hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

Salary: £27-30k + Benefits + 10% Bonus + Overtime

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Operations Engineer to join our team at NTech Consultants LTD and NTech Contracts LTD. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, focusing on network-related issues and ensuring the smooth operation of our enterprise network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service to our customers by resolving network-related issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Work closely with our team to identify and resolve network faults, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and solutions to provide expert-level support to our customers.
  • Collaborate with our technical teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our services.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong technical skills, with a focus on network operations, routing, and switching technologies.
  • Experience with CRM systems, such as ServiceNow, and a working knowledge of technology vendors like Cisco, Juniper, and Palo Alto.
  • A friendly and welcoming personality, with the ability to adapt to different customer groups and provide a first-class customer experience.
  • A good technical understanding and a logical approach to resolving diagnostic issues.
