EU Field Marketing and Partnerships Manager

About the Role

Amazon Shipping is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing and Partnerships Manager to join our team in the EU. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a robust marketing strategy to drive demand and growth across the EU.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive demand and growth across the EU.
  2. Identify and secure new business opportunities through event marketing and partnerships.
  3. Analyse processes and evaluate opportunities for solutions to improve customer experience, reduce costs, and increase scalability and repeatability.
  4. Drive recap reporting and contribute to cadenced business narratives.
  5. Effectively manage stakeholders at all levels across the business and third-party agencies.
  6. Think innovatively to deliver new ideas and creative approaches to acquiring new business through events and partnership marketing programmes.

About the Team

Our team is changing the way we interact with customers around the globe and building a new, emerging business in the transportation industry to solve some of the biggest logistical opportunities facing not just Amazon, but the entire industry.

Requirements

  1. Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
  2. Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data.
  3. Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.
  4. Experience in marketing or marketing research.
  5. Proven track record of planning and delivering successful events and co-marketing initiatives that drive tangible business outcomes and demand generation.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs.
  2. Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.).
