Job Title: Utilities Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Utilities Engineer to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a Utilities Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting our multi-disciplined team to optimize company assets in a cost-effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure regulatory and audit requirements associated with the Utilities Maintenance department are met.
* Manage 3rd party contractors to ensure high-quality work.
* Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) for engineering and maintenance activities.
* Lead and manage the Utilities department to ensure site Utilities and systems are maintained to the highest standards.
* Own and report on KPI's and metrics for Utility assets.
* Ensure maintenance schedules are met and all work is properly documented.
* Maintain team workmanship standards to agreed levels.

Requirements:

* Qualified in an electrical, electronic, or mechanical discipline (City & Guilds, BTEC, or Degree).
* Minimum 5+ years post-apprenticeship experience or 2 years post-graduate experience.
* Proven experience leading teams, coordinating, planning, and executing work.
* Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Nice to Have:

* 3rd level qualification in a related technical discipline.
* IOSH or NEBOSH qualified or working towards.
* 5+ years supervisory or technical leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
