Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Manager to join our team at ManpowerGroup. As an Operations Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting our business operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Scheduling & Planning Manager, including inputting orders, managing document control, and supporting aftersales activities.
  • Procurement Team Support: Assist with inputting hours, processing purchase orders, and updating production sheets.
  • Test and Termination Team Support: Enter data for Test & Termination schedules.
Requirements:
  • Previous Work Experience: Previous work experience in an office environment or a school leaver looking to start their career.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient computer skills and competent user of Microsoft Office.
  • Work Environment: A supportive work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
