Responsibilities:", "ul": [{"li": "3-4 years minimum experience working for a reputable Groundworks contractor."}, {"li": "Good level of communication skills."}, {"li": "Setting out all works and staying ahead of the workforce in their requirements."}, {"li": "Able to obtain drawings and notify any changes."}, {"li": "Request RFIs and maintain tracking system to manage responses and close outs."}, {"li": "Ensure all temporary works designs are in place."}, {"li": "Ensure all work is undertaken to the current drawings and specification."}, {"li": "Ensure setting out is undertaken in accordance with the method statement and risk assessment."}, {"li": "Help with the quality assurance (QA) checks, reports, and files."}, {"li": "Help to co-ordinate engineering resource to carry out and gather as-built information."}, {"li": "Close out defects in a timely fashion."}, {"li": "Proficient in using AutoCAD, Asta programming (optional) N4ce Ground modelling (optional)."}], "h2": "Health and Safety Responsibilities:", "ul": [{"li": "Read and understand the Health and Safety policy and procedures and carry out work in accordance with its requirements."}, {"li": "Work in accordance with the Quality and Environmental procedures and ensure the relevant forms are completed."}, {"li": "Liaise with the site manager and report any health and safety non-compliance."}, {"li": "Attend prescribed health and safety training programmes."}, {"li": "Promote safe systems of work."}, {"li": "Set a personal example by wearing appropriate PPE."}], "p": "The Role is available at \u00a3285 - \u00a3320, negotiable, self-employed or PAYE.
