Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring timely responses and meeting customer expectations to maintain the safety and security of their properties.
- Collaborate closely with team members across the organization to provide daily assistance as needed.
- Cultivate and sustain a comprehensive understanding of all products and services offered by VPS.
- Accurately document customer sales, site details, and billing contact information.
- Maintain precise records of customer accounts and sub-offices for each request.
- Comprehend and document the specific scope of work required by customers.
- Administer quotes, customer purchase orders, order modifications, and completions with accuracy.
- Provide real-time updates to customers at all necessary stages through various communication channels.
- Ensure compliance with the 'No PO No Work' policy for customers.
