As a key member of our Sustainability team, you will play a critical role in driving our ambitious DEI agenda and promoting a culture of inclusion and respect within our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive DEI strategy that aligns with our business objectives and values.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to design and deliver education and training programs that promote DEI awareness and understanding.
- Work with external partners and stakeholders to build relationships and secure funding and resources to support our DEI initiatives.
- Lead the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote DEI and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on DEI-related matters and ensure that our workplace is free from discrimination and harassment.
- Monitor and report on DEI metrics and progress, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners, to promote DEI and build a culture of inclusion.
- Proven experience in DEI leadership and program management, preferably in a matrixed organization within the engineering or technology sector.
- Strong knowledge of DEI best practices and laws, including Title VII and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of autonomy and discretion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform DEI strategies and initiatives.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a high level of flexibility and resilience.
