Company Overview: Demob Job Ltd is a leading provider of maintenance services to various industries, seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer.

Job Summary: We are looking for a self-motivated engineer with a strong electrical bias to work on our manufacturing machinery. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out installations, planned preventative maintenance, and reactive breakdowns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks on manufacturing machinery.
  • Perform installations, planned preventative maintenance, and reactive breakdowns.
  • Work on single and three-phase systems, with a strong focus on electrical fault finding and diagnostic skills.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering diagrams and schematics.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of maintenance procedures and protocols.

Requirements:

  • Recognised apprenticeship program and Electrical qualification to level 3 as a minimum.
  • Experience working on single and three-phase systems.
  • Strong electrical fault finding and diagnostic skills.
  • Strong mechanical skills, including experience with drives, gears, and motors, pneumatic, hydraulics, and conveyors.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical engineering diagrams and schematics.
  • Good understanding of Health & Safety requirements.
