Senior Support Worker Adult Social Care

Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team in Adult Social Care. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with complex needs
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with the care team
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management
  • Support individuals to maintain their independence and engage in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate of £12.57
  • Enhanced evening and weekend pay at an additional 50p per hour
  • Premium overtime rates at an additional £1 per hour
  • Wagestream – giving you the flexibility to draw upon up to 40% of your wages

Requirements:

  • Experience working in Adult Social Care or a related field
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide person-centered care
