We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Marketing and Communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to engage our audience and promote our brand.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with the Events and Marketing Coordinator to create content calendars and ensure consistent branding across all platforms.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement, and opportunities to interact with our audience.
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to maintain a positive and engaging online presence.
- Track and analyze the performance of social media posts and campaigns using analytics tools.
- Format, edit, and maintain content on our CMS, WordPress.
- Liaise with the Trust's web developer for ongoing website development, ensuring an effective and accessible web user experience.
- Build and manage online forms and surveys.
- Monitor and share engagement data with colleagues to inform marketing and communication plans.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in using MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience using a cloud-based website platform, such as WordPress.
- Proficient in Adobe Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, PDF Editor, and Illustrator.
- Good knowledge of emerging trends within the digital marketing field.
- Experience using a social media scheduler, such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Experience using digital engagement analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
- A competitive salary of £30,260 per annum.
- 36 days of holiday, including bank holidays.
- A flexible start time between 8:00 am and 9:30 am.
- The opportunity to work in a friendly and flexible organisation.
