We are seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our healthcare team at NHS. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care and support the medical team in delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive patient care, including history taking, examination, investigation, diagnosis, explanation of treatment, and referral and management plan where appropriate.
- Conduct telephone consultations discussing the results and implications of laboratory investigations with patients, as well as dealing appropriately with routine and emergency complaints.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care, including physicians, medical specialists, and other health professionals.
- Stay updated with the latest medical advancements and best practices.
- Perform minor surgical procedures, as required.
- Registered General Nurse (currently registered with the Nursing & Midwifery council).
- Experience in a General practice setting.
- Company pension.
- On-site parking.
- Monday to Friday.
- NMC (required).
