Job Responsibilities

  • Provide both contract and permanent staff in a 360 capacity, utilizing your expertise to match candidates with clients' needs.
  • Develop new business and work closely with existing clients to build strong relationships and drive revenue growth.
  • Contact candidates and guide them through the whole recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Receive ongoing training and support, working alongside our directors to ensure you become the best recruitment consultant possible.

Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in Recruitment, with a proven track record of billings.
  • Excellent soft skills, including confidence, ability to build long-term relationships, and a desire to succeed with a winning mentality.
  • Strong planning, organizing, and process skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and a passion for improving industry standards.
