About the Role
We are seeking dedicated Support Workers to provide assistance to a service user residing in their own home in Stirling. The successful candidates will play a vital role in enhancing the individual's well-being and quality of life.
About Our Service User
Our service user is a young man who thrives on routine and enjoys engaging in activities such as walking, cinema outings, and trips. He requires continuous observation due to the risk of absconding. Support Workers must adhere to established care plans and risk assessments.
He possesses verbal communication skills and can understand conversations, necessitating consistent interaction. Your support will be instrumental in helping him maintain his health and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Assist with household tasks and tenancy maintenance
- Provide nutrition advice and promote healthy eating habits
- Engage in social outings, hobbies, and activities
- Implement proactive and reactive behavior management strategies
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment
Shift Pattern
The shift pattern includes 12-hour shifts covering both day and night hours, providing continuous support seven days a week.
