Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to join our team. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for leading our gym team to deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales growth, and maintain a safe and clean environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of fitness professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer retention, and increase membership sales.
  • Ensure the gym is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and maintenance.
  • Manage the gym's budget, including forecasting, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote the gym and attract new members.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the health and fitness industry.
  • Strong business acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of the health and fitness industry, including trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
