Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Geotechnical Engineer or Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join our team at AtkinsRéalis. As a leading geotechnical consultancy, we offer a comprehensive service in ground engineering, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality projects that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead geotechnical design teams to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Conduct finite element modeling and analysis using software such as PLAXIS2D/3D.
  • Apply CDM Regulations in a design and ground investigation environment.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
Requirements:
  • Chartered status or nearing Chartered status with the ICE.
  • Strong academic background in civil engineering with a postgraduate qualification in geotechnical subjects.
  • Proven experience in geotechnical design, project management, and team leadership.
  • Excellent interpersonal and technical skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Good commercial track record in negotiating and running successful projects.
