Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking a skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team. As a COTA, you will work with patients to develop and implement personalized therapy plans to improve their functional abilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and cognitive abilities
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to meet patients' needs
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Provide education and training to patients and their families
- Active unrestricted Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) certification
- Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a skilled nursing facility (SNF)
This is a temporary position with a 13-week assignment. The schedule is Monday to Friday, with a guaranteed 32 hours of work per week. The estimated weekly total includes a stipend for available hours.
Please note that a Covid test is required 72 hours before the start date, with results issued 48 hours prior to the start date. Additionally, a pre-screening form must be completed and attached upon submission, along with a resume and license verification.
