Security Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Security Officers Supervisor to join our team at ABM. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our security personnel and ensuring the safety and security of our customers and staff.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of security personnel to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service and a safe and secure shopping environment.
- Develop and implement effective security strategies to prevent and respond to security incidents.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of security services and effective communication.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training and development opportunities to security personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a security leadership role, with a strong background in security operations and risk management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate security risks.
- SIA Door Supervisor/Security Guard license and SIA CCTV license essential.
