About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Vibration Project Engineer to join our Dynamic Engineering team in Renfrew. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for gathering vibration and dynamic stress measurement data on clients' assets, both on and offshore, ensuring a consistent high standard in service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships with customers to optimise opportunities and support the development of new business.
  • Lead and execute engineering tasks related to the provision of quality & timely proposals and contract engineering analysis for project delivery.
  • Manage allotted tasks to quality, time, and cost related to a specific project or portfolio of projects.
  • Advise clients on dynamic integrity related scenarios, using a broad range of industry codes and guidelines to solve routine or complex problems.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Mechanical Engineer or other applicable technical discipline with a working knowledge of tools used to assess problems in dynamics and fatigue.
  • Experience in office and site work, ideally from a similar technical role within a relevant industry sector.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant industry experience, or consideration will be given to exceptional candidates who are demonstrably capable.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards such as BS7608, Energy Institute AVIFF Guidelines, BS7910, and ASME 19.3 is advantageous.
